1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Odvero Grants, you agree to these Terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. The service
Odvero Grants applies deterministic English text patterns to one grant notice and organizes each non-empty line into a primary review queue: deadlines, deliverables, obligations, restrictions, or Review. The current product accepts pasted text and UTF-8 .txt or .md files and creates local Markdown or CSV exports.
It does not provide accounts, server storage, saved history, collaboration, PDF or DOCX processing, OCR, AI interpretation, opportunity discovery, eligibility decisions, application submission, portal monitoring, or recovery after a refresh or closed tab.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in the text you use. Because the checklist workflow does not send grant text to Odvero, you do not grant Odvero a license to host or process that text on its servers through this workflow.
You are responsible for having the rights and authorization needed to use the content, following applicable confidentiality and funding rules, and protecting your device, browser, clipboard, and downloaded files.
4. Permitted use
You may use the product for lawful internal grant-review and planning purposes. You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, misrepresent product output as an official funder determination, or violate law or another party's rights.
5. Review responsibility
Categories and deadline labels are a deterministic first pass. A line can belong to more than one practical work queue even though the product assigns one primary category. Dates with unsupported or ambiguous wording remain unrecognized. Tables, footnotes, cross-references, attachments, amendments, regulations, portal rules, and surrounding context can change the meaning of a line.
You remain responsible for confirming the authoritative source set, deciding eligibility and fit, interpreting requirements, calculating deadlines and time zones, preparing a complete application, and obtaining appropriate professional review.
6. Product ownership
Odvero and its licensors own the product, design, software, and related materials, excluding your content. These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights except the limited right to use the product under these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the product. The current local-only workflow provides no service-level commitment, saved history, or data-recovery service. Export needed results before leaving the page.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is" and "as available." Odvero disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odvero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost funding, opportunities, profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the product. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the amount you paid to use Odvero Grants during the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@odvero.com. Do not send grant text or attachments.
