Help with a grant requirements checklist

Before contacting us
Protect the source notice
Do not attach, paste, forward, or screenshot grant content in a support email. We do not need the notice to troubleshoot the product.
- Browser name and version
- Device operating system
- The exact on-screen error message
- File type and approximate character or line count
Common issues
A file is not accepted
Use a UTF-8 plain-text .txt or .md file smaller than 1 MB. The decoded text must remain within 500,000 characters and 5,000 source lines. PDF, DOCX, RTF, HTML, scans, and image files are not supported. You can also paste extracted text.
A line appears in the wrong category
The tool matches explicit English patterns and assigns one primary category by stable priority. Treat the category as a review queue, not a conclusion. Check the line in context and inspect Review for material that did not match a focused rule.
A deadline says Date not recognized
The line matched deadline wording but did not contain one supported, unambiguous full date. Verify relative dates, time zones, extensions, tables, and dates in other files directly in the authoritative materials.
The checklist disappeared after refresh
Odvero does not persist or recover workspace data. Reopen the source and rebuild the checklist. Browser tab restoration can vary, but it is outside the product boundary and should not be used as a retention method.
A filter shows no lines
Choose All lines or another category. An empty category is not evidence that the grant contains no requirement of that type; the relevant wording may be in Review, a table, an attachment, or another incorporated source.
A download did not start or opens with a warning
Check whether the browser blocked downloads, then try Markdown or CSV again. Spreadsheet software may warn about downloaded CSV files. Odvero quotes every cell and prefixes source cells that could be interpreted as formulas.
